All HealthEx orders can be tracked online via the link on our website (in our Customer Resources section). If your packages are bar-coded, our scanners will provide you with real-time, instantaneous digital signatures that can be tracked by your barcode. In addition, proof of delivery can be automatically sent to your email with the completion of your deliveries.
If the online access doesn’t appeal to you, or you simply prefer the human element and personal attention, one call to our dispatchers, who are available live 24 hours of every day of the year, will give you real time answers through direct contact with the driver performing your delivery.
